Connecting people with practical help, trusted information, and supportive resources.
Help starts with one question

Are You Ok?

Sometimes people know they need help but do not know where to start. Are You Ok Help is designed to make that first step easier by connecting individuals and families with resources for health, food, shelter, support, and other essential needs.

Simple guidance. Respectful support. A clearer path to help.

Our mission is to help people find help before a challenge becomes a crisis.

Are You Ok Help exists to connect people with useful, understandable, and accessible resources. We believe everyone should have a place to begin when they are facing a health concern, food insecurity, housing difficulty, family need, financial strain, or another challenge affecting their well-being.

Our role is not to replace doctors, social workers, public agencies, or community organizations. Our role is to help people find the right door—and make that door easier to reach.
